Privacy Notice

Last updated 9 July 2026

This notice explains what information GolfKit collects when you use this website or complete our interest form, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It covers the golfkit.io marketing site only — not the booking software we provide to golf venues.

In short: if you fill in our interest form, we use your details to reply to your GolfKit enquiry. We only send you marketing about other projects from Nineteen Feet Tall (the creators of GolfKit) if you tick the consent box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we are

GolfKit is branded online booking software for golf venues, created by Nineteen Feet Tall. For the purposes of UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), Nineteen Feet Tall is the "controller" of the personal data described in this notice. If you have any questions, you can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you submit the interest form on our website, we collect the information you choose to give us:

We do not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not knowingly collect any special-category personal data.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

Who we share it with

Interest-form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-processing service, and reach us by email. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may use trusted service providers (such as email and hosting providers) who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up on your interest and for a reasonable period afterwards, and marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. After that we delete or anonymise the information.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
